What is the return policy?

apg Cash Drawer stands behind their products and continues to work toward making your shopping experience as enjoyable and as simple as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return the item, excluding shipping and handling fees. apg Cash Drawer will accept returns under the following conditions. The product must be: 

Return Instructions: Please use a pre-printed label provided with your order. Place it on the outside of the package and ship it to our facility in Minneapolis, MN. Returns will be reimbursed within 30-60 days after it is received at our facility. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Contact ebizreturns@apgcd.com if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return the item, excluding shipping and handling fees.

How do I get a replacement cash drawer?

apg Cash Drawer sell product through Distributors, OEM customers, and Dealers. If you know who you purchased the original cash drawer from, please contact them and they should be able to assist you. If you have an OEM POS system, you will need to reach out to them for assistance. If you can configure the cash drawer through our product configurator, you will be able to request a quote from a Distributor after the configuration is completed.

What are my options for repair?

We offer warranty and non-warranty RMA’s. Please contact us for a unique RMA number to ship the drawer back to apg for repair. If the drawer is under warranty, we will cover the cost of parts, labor, and shipment back to you. Customers with drawers not under warranty should contact us for an estimate of the charges. If you are able to repair the drawer yourself, we will ship out parts to customers with product within warranty. Customers with product outside of warranty may purchase parts online or from your POS reseller.

How do I get an RMA?

Please contact us and have the following ready: your part and serial numbers, a return address, and a description of the problem. We will assign a unique RMA number. This number will accompany your drawer through our factory and back to your return address.

Will you service the equipment?

Meeting and exceeding our customer requirements is something we take to heart. apg stands behind our customers and our products. Should your cash drawer require service, enhancements, or upgrades, apg has dedicated service technicians located in its Minneapolis based service depot. apg believes in product refurbishment, not just repair. All warranty RMA products are brought up to the current manufacture revision. apg has an excellent support team that can help meet your needs. Please feel free to contact us.
