Need help locating your part number in our Series 4000 cash drawer? Watch this video! In this video we demonstrate where you can locate your part number by opening the drawer, removing the till insert and looking at the back of the drawer. You should find a sliver label with information on it. Part number and Serial number are both located on this label. The first number is our Part Number. On this cash drawer it’s JB320-BL1816. This part number indicated that this is a Black painted front, size 1816 Series 4000 cash drawer with a 320 MultiPRO Interface. The serial number is located directly below the part number. The last 4 digits of the serial number indicate the date. On this cash drawer its 04/10/14. The digits after the dash indicate the build number.
