Where do I find the part number on my cash drawer?
Having trouble locating the part number for your cash drawer? Follow the steps below to find the part number on your cash drawer. Please have your part number ready prior to contacting Technical Support.
STEP ONE
Select which cash drawer you have below:

STEP TWO
Series 4000 Cash Drawer
1) Open drawer with key.
2) Remove plastic coin/bill tray (till).
3) Your part number is located on the silver label on the inside back of the drawer. It will start with a letter. The serial number is just below that. It will have a date code for warranty information.
4) Please have your cash drawer part number available when you contact APG Technical Support.
Series 100 Cash Drawer
1) Open drawer with key.
2) Remove plastic coin/bill tray (till).
3) Your part number is located on the silver label on the inside back of the drawer. It will start with a letter. The serial number is just below that. It will have a date code for warranty information.
4) Please have your cash drawer part number available when you contact APG Technical Support.
Vasario Cash Drawer
1) The part number and serial number is printed on the product label. This label is adhered to the outside bottom surface of the cash drawer, near the front edge and is visible by viewing the bottom of the cash drawer.
